Our Response to COVID-19

For the past few weeks, we have been learning about coronavirus (COVID-19) and began working to make the necessary adjustments to our operations. We want you to know that we are following the latest guidance from government and public health organisations to apply additional safety measures, to ensure that we are taking every precaution possible to help protect your health.
In an effort to reduce the risk and prioritize well-being we have implemented these additional measures:
- Increasing the frequency of disinfectant cleaning in our London showroom
- Instructing all of our employees to wash their hands multiple times a day, and supplying more hand sanitisers, alcohol wipes, tissues to our distribution centre and the showroom floor
- Keeping our employees up to date on the information they need to help prevent exposure and requiring them to stay at home if they are concerned with any symptoms
For those who prefer to shop from home, our online products are available 24/7 at minarjewellers.com. Although we are doing our best, there might be some delays with order deliveries. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
