Q: I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT JEWELLERY ONLINE: HOW CAN I BE SURE I'LL BE HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
A: We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Should you want to return the item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment.
Q: DO YOU GIFTS FOR MEN?
A: We do a full range of men's rings, cuff links, chains and bracelets.
Q: I SAW A PIECE OF JEWELLERY A WHILE AGO ON MINAR JEWELLERS AND NOW I CANNOT FIND IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Please call our customer service team on 0208 767 7627 and we will do our best to get the piece for you.
Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY YOUR JEWELLERY SO THAT IT FITS ME PERFECTLY?
A: Yes. At Minar Jewellers, you can make a special request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org We will contact you if there is an additional charge or additional delivery time associated with your request. You will have the option of cancelling your order prior to being charged. We also have a bespoke jewellery service.
Q: ARE CHAINS INCLUDED FOR NECKLACES?
A: Yes, all of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown. If you wish to exchange the chain for a different one please contact us at email@example.com or 0208 767 7627 with your request. It is usually possible to have a longer or shorter chain if you wish.
Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE BOXED AND WRAPPED?
A: Yes, all items arrive in a beautiful Minar Jewellers box, wrapped in a blue ribbon. (All branded items will come in the relevant brands boxes).
Q: ARE THE PRODUCTS PICTURED ACTUAL SIZE?
A: Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do provide measurements for all our products. If you have specific questions regarding the size of an item, please call us on 0208 767 7627.
Q: IS VAT CHARGED ON-LINE?
A: VAT is charged at 20% for all orders and is included in the retail price.
Q: IF I AM A RESIDENT ABROAD DO I PAY THE 20% VAT?
A: You do not pay the VAT if you an overseas resident - all prices will be reduced by the VAT amount.
Q: I NEED HELP BUYING A GIFT. CAN YOU HELP?
A: Yes. Please call 0208 767 7627 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us broadly what you are looking for and the price range and we will suggest appropriate gifts. There is no extra charge for this. If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like it, then they can exchange or return it.

Q: HOW DO GIFT VOUCHERS WORK?
A: Gift vouchers are available in various denominations (from £50 to £250) and you can purchase any multiple of these vouchers. Gift vouchers can be sent directly to you or your recipient's address by post. Each gift voucher has a number which can be redeemed against any purchase in store. Q: DOES MY VOUCHER WORK FOR DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS?
A: Unfortunately due to the fantastic discounts that we offer during our sales, we are unable to discount items further through the use of voucher codes.
