Q: I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT JEWELLERY ONLINE: HOW CAN I BE SURE I'LL BE HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
A: We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Should you want to return the item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. The return is exclusive for online orders only.
Q: DO YOU GIFTS FOR MEN?
A: We do a full range of men's rings, cuff links, chains and bracelets.
Q: I SAW A PIECE OF JEWELLERY A WHILE AGO ON MINAR JEWELLERS AND NOW I CANNOT FIND IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY YOUR JEWELLERY SO THAT IT FITS ME PERFECTLY?
A: Yes. At Minar Jewellers, you can make a special request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you if there is an additional charge or additional delivery time associated with your request. You will have the option of cancelling your order prior to being charged. We also have a bespoke jewellery service.
Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE BOXED AND WRAPPED?
A: Yes, all items arrive in a beautiful Minar Jewellers box.
Q: ARE THE PRODUCTS PICTURED ACTUAL SIZE?
A: Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do provide measurements for all our products. If you have specific questions regarding the size of an item, please contact us.
Q: IS VAT CHARGED ON-LINE?
A: VAT is charged at 20% for all orders and is included in the retail price.
Q: IF I AM A RESIDENT ABROAD DO I PAY THE 20% VAT?
A: You do not pay the VAT if you an overseas resident (outside the UK and EU) - all prices will be reduced by the VAT amount.

A: Yes. There is no extra charge for this. If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like it, then they can exchange or return it.
