Unworn and unused
In the original packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that have been made, ordered, or customized specifically to your requirements (e.g., resized rings)
Body jewellery (e.g., earrings, nose studs) that has been removed from its sealed packaging due to hygiene reasons

Securely package your item, including your order number and a brief note stating the reason for the return.
Use a tracked delivery service to send your item to the return address mentioned below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
